Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, in a bid to rapidly expand its product liability and litigation practices, is bringing on 52 lawyers from midsize firm Bowman and Brooke and is launching several new offices.

The Columbia, South Carolina-based firm said Monday that the attorneys, including 31 partners, are expected to join the firm in new offices in Minneapolis, San Diego, Dallas and Richmond, Virginia, as well as a few others in its existing offices in Los Angeles and Orlando. About 35 paralegals and support staff are also part of the move.
