Parents of a child allegedly injured by an unauthorized COVID-19 vaccination are suing a national pharmacy retailer for an inoculation mix-up.
The litigation comes as Pfizer and BioNTech initiate a rolling submission for emergency-use authorization of their COVID-19 vaccine for children, ages 6 months to 4 years.
