Fox Rothschild filed an interpleader lawsuit Monday in Georgia Southern District Court on behalf of Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada. The suit seeks to determine the proper beneficiaries of a life insurance policy. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:22-cv-00007, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada v. McMillan et al.
