Hawkins Parnell & Young filed a lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Grange Insurance Company. The suit, against Formula Construction Group and Natalie Appelt, seeks a declaratory judgment of no duty to defend or indemnify defendants under a commercial package policy for an underlying claim and final judgment. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00374, Grange Insurance Company v. Formula Construction Group, LLC et al.
