Attorneys at Drew Eckl & Farnham on Monday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Burlington Stores, a national off-price department store retailer, and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by The Fowler Firm on behalf of Andrea and Brian Williams. The case is 1:22-cv-00507, Williams et al v. Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation et al.
