Home Depot U.S.A. has turned to Atlanta's Hanks Law Group in a pending personal injury lawsuit. The action was filed Dec. 22 in Georgia Southern District Court by Dozier Law Firm LLC on behalf of Devera Miles. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge William T. Moore Jr, is 4:21-cv-00362, Miles v. Holmberg Farms, et al.
