Gov. Brian Kemp named the replacement Monday for Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice David Nahmias, 57, who has announced his resignation.
Georgia Court of Appeals Judge Andrew Pinson, 35, is Kemp’s choice to replace Nahmias, whose decision came as a surprise in Georgia legal circles Friday.
