UPS was slapped with a lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The suit, filed pro se by Eileen Horgan, contends that UPS does not offer definite accommodations to religious exemptions regarding the company's COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00609, Horgan v. United Parcel Service, Inc.
