Aviation litigator Mike Andrews of Beasley Allen has filed the first lawsuit over a private plane crash that killed four people near DeKalb-Peachtree Airport on Oct. 8.
The lawsuit, filed in DeKalb County State Court, is likely to be the beginning of years of litigation, he told the Daily Report on Monday.
