Lawyers at McGrew Miller Bomar Bagley on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Costco Wholesale to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, over personal injury claims related to an improper tire rotation, was filed by Samuel Johnson & Associates on behalf of Albert Cox. The case is 1:22-cv-00675, Cox v.
