Attorneys from Littler Mendelson; Seyfarth Shaw and Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein have entered appearances for Laboratory Corp. of America, an operator of dozens of clinical laboratories, The William Carter Company and other defendants in a pending ERISA lawsuit.
