Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against State Farm Insurance to Georgia Middle District Court on Wednesday. The suit, which pertains to a disputed property damage claim, was filed by attorney Alfonza Whitaker on behalf of Adonna Chaney. The case is 4:22-cv-00044, Chaney v. State Farm Fire And Casualty Company.
