Attorneys at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for alleged property damage claims arising from Hurricane Zeta, was filed pro se by Aaron R. Kirk. The case is 1:22-cv-00756, Kirk v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Co.
