Yamaha Motor, a Japanese manufacturer of motorcycles, recreational vehicles and boat motors, was sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The suit, brought by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Caitlin Foster, pursues gender discrimination claims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00754, Foster v. Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA.
