Auto-Owners Insurance sued McCay Contracting LLC Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court seeking a declaration that it has no duty to defend or indemnify McCay Contracting in an underlying insurance coverage dispute with Towne Park Place Homeowners Association Inc. The court case was filed by Kendall Mandell. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00863, Auto-Owners Insurance Co. v. Towne Park Place Homeowners Association Inc. et al.
