Insurance LitigationCounsel at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Travelers to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Barnes & Thornburg on behalf of Electrical Contractor Incorporation. The case is 1:22-cv-00885, Electrical Contractor Incorporation v. The Travelers Indemnity Company and Travelers Property Casualty Company of America.
