Cincinnati Financial was hit with a bad-faith insurance lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court action was filed by Jones Walker on behalf of Bennett Street Properties L.P. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00940, Bennett Street Properties L.P. v. The Cincinnati Insurance Co.
