Counsel at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Tuesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Wesco Insurance Company to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, for alleged property damage claims arising from a severe storm, was filed by The Bush Law Group on behalf of Anoshvi Hospitality d/b/a Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Stonecrest. The case is 1:22-cv-00955, Anoshvi Hospitality, LLC v. Wesco Insurance Company.
