Cozen O'Connor filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Central Mutual Insurance Company. The suit accuses TechCore Inc. of allegedly failing to properly monitor an alarm system in an underlying property damage claim. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:22-cv-00061, Central Mutual Insurance Company v. TechCore Inc.
