Qualifying for Georgia's attorney general and statewide judicial candidates in the May 24 primary election ended Friday with only one hopeful entering the race.

(Photo: John Disney/ALM) Qualifying for Georgia's attorney general and judicial candidates in the May 24 primary election closed Friday with a whimper after only one hopeful entered the race, according to the Georgia Secretary of State's website.
No attorney general candidates qualified Friday after five did so earlier in the week. The primary field is now set, with incumbent Chris Carr battling John Gordon in the Republican primary and Jen Jordan and Christian Wise Smith facing off in the Democratic race.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
