Counsel at Shook, Hardy & Bacon on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Depositors Insurance Company to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, for alleged property damage claims arising from a storm, was filed by the Huggins Law Firm on behalf of Holsey Sinai Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. The case is 1:22-cv-00978, Holsey Sinai Christian Methodist Episcopal Church v. Depositors Insurance Company.
