Sharon P. Horne of Freeman, Mathis & Gary has entered an appearance for Horizon LLC in a pending lawsuit. The action, over an explosion arising from an alleged 'bleed' to a gas line, was filed Feb. 1 in Georgia Northern District Court by Mozley Finlayson & Loggins on behalf of Travelers, a New York-based insurance company, as subrogee of Choate Construction Company. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Thomas W. Thrash Jr., is 1:22-cv-00394, Travelers Property Casualty Company of America v. Horizon, LLC.
