Counsel at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Selective Way Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Selective Insurance Group, to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, which pertains to disputed property damage claims, was filed by Andersen, Tate & Carr on behalf of Eraaa LLC. The case is 1:22-cv-01166, Eraaa, LLC v. Selective Way Insurance Company.
