Auto-Owners Insurance sued Cheryl L. Johnson and Laurens C. Lee Friday in Georgia Middle District Court over an insurance coverage dispute. The lawsuit, filed by Kendall Mandell LLC, seeks a declaratory judgment to declare the rights and obligations that Auto-Owners owes the defendants in an underlying personal injury lawsuit. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 5:22-cv-00128, Auto-Owners Insurance Company v. Johnson et al.
