Counsel at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Friday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against State Farm Fire and Casualty Company to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, which arises from disputed property damage claims, was filed by the McDonald Law Firm on behalf of Corey Smith and Darryl Smith. The case is 1:22-cv-01193, Smith et al v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Company.
