Attorneys at Hall Booth Smith on Thursday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against Containerport Group Inc. to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, which arises from a fatal 2019 motor vehicle collision, was filed by Penn Law LLC on behalf of the estates of Steven Bishop and Tommy Johnson. The case is 1:22-cv-01186, Bishop et al v. Containerport Group, Inc.
