Personal InjuryCounsel at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Ozark Motor Lines and Travelers Property Casualty Company of America to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Robert Rouse. The case is 1:22-cv-01281, Rouse v. Ozark Motor Lines, Inc. et al.
