Sam's Club, the retail warehouse store chain, and Brand 44 Trading LLC were slapped with a product liability lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court action, brought by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Ashley Mahoney, centers on the defendants' sale of a Playzone-Fit kidtrix Doorway Swing. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-01280, Mahoney v. Brand 44 Trading, LLC et al.
