Taylor English Duma and the Law Office of Joshua H. Norris filed a class action Monday in Georgia Northern District Court against the Georgia Department of Human Services. The suit contends that undocumented children in the custody of Georgia's family and children services department are subject to imminent harm as a result of defendant's failure to implement case plans in a timely manner. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01324, S.C.G. et al v. Broce.
