Attorneys for the Boeing Co. have asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit to reconsider a decision favoring Alabama Aircraft Industries and Pemco Aircraft Engineering Services in a breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets claim valued at $100 million.

“Respectfully, that ruling was incorrect; it conflicts with multiple Alabama Supreme Court and federal court decisions.” Boeing’s attorneys said in their petition for panel rehearing filed Monday. The Boeing legal team includes Craig Primis of Kirkland & Ellis in Washington, D.C., and R. Thomas Warburton and John Richie of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings in Birmingham, Alabama. They did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment.
