Taylor English Duma filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of specialty sporting goods accessory manufacturer Unique Sports Products Inc. The complaint, which pertains to the company’s tennis ball storage containers, pursues claims against Xiamen Andigo Sports Equipment Co. Ltd. for manufacturing and selling similar versions of the product. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01348, Unique Sports Products, Inc. v. Xiamen Andigo Sports Equipment Co. Ltd.
