Atlanta-headquartered firm Hall Booth Smith, having doubled its medical malpractice defense bench in New Jersey after absorbing four-lawyer boutique Mattia, McBride & Grieco, plans to open a new office in the Garden State.

The addition of partners Philip Mattia, Haley Grieco and Michael McBride and associate Justyn Coddington to the New Jersey practice of Hall Booth Smith marks the end of a more than 30-year run for the boutique medical malpractice defense firm Mattia founded in 1991.
