Personal InjuryKnight-Swift Transportation Holdings, a truckload shipping carrier, was sued Monday in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Foster Counts LLP on behalf of Taurean Stephens. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01403, Stephens v. Swift Transportation Co. of Arizona, LLC.
