Mark J. Windham of Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders has entered an appearance for Daryl N. Bible, the chief financial officer of Truist Bank, in a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The case was filed Feb. 23 in Georgia Northern District Court by pro se plaintiff Jermaine Bradley, who seeks relief from a promissory note. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Timothy C. Batten Sr., is 3:22-cv-00028, Bradley v. Wright et al.
