Robinson Franzman has combined with a smaller firm, motivated by growing demand in commercial real estate and corporate law. The Atlanta-based firm is now eyeing other markets outside Georgia, including Florida and Texas, where it sees more growth opportunities.

The merger with Caiaccio Law Firm in Sandy Springs, which went into effect April 1, adds four lawyers and four support staff to the firm, increasing Robinson Franzman’s head count to 11 attorneys and 24 staff.
