CSX, the Florida-based railroad freight company, filed a negligence lawsuit against Triple H Transport Inc. and Rodney D. Wood Thursday in Georgia Southern District Court. The court action, arising from a train collision, was filed by Hall Gilligan Roberts & Shanlever. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 5:22-cv-00023, CSX Transportation, Inc. v. Triple H Transport, Inc. et al.
