Werner Enterprises, a trucking and logistics provider, was sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision. The court case was brought by Fried Goldberg LLC on behalf of the Estate of Nicholle Knight. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01435, Preston v. Werner Enterprises, Inc.
