On its eighth day, the Georgia Legal Food Frenzy, the law industry's annual statewide food drive, is moving closer to its fundraising goal of $1 million.
As of 4:31 p.m. Monday, according to the Frenzy's website, $351,806 had been collected by 189 teams since it began. The 11th annual event runs through Friday and raises funds for the state's nine food banks. It is open to any Georgia lawyer or law firm.
