Nationwide and Insight Service Group Inc. were sued Monday in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, brought by Cochran & Edwards on behalf of dentist Daren J. Becker and his company Daren J. Becker DMD PC, accuses Insight of entering Becker’s offices under false pretenses and trespassing only to observe Ms. Shackelford, who worked as a receptionist at Becker’s offices, for the purposes of retaining information for an underlying under insured motorist benefits claim Shackelford filed against Nationwide. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-01480, Becker et al v. Nationwide Affinity Insurance Company of America et al.
