A venue change has been granted for a pair of Atlanta attorneys who argued that the plaintiffs’ claims surrounding title to land were based in equity, and not law.

A trial judge had ruled that the title dispute needed to remain in Clayton County, where the property is located. But the Georgia Court of Appeals issued a reversal, allowing the case to be transferred to Cobb County, where the defendants reside and conduct business.
