As remote and hybrid work remain popular in Big Law, law firms in New York, Washington, D.C., and other large cities have sought to recruit Atlanta associates and in-house counsel with top pay, firm leaders and recruiters say.
Those competitive offers, recruiters say, are presenting challenges for Atlanta-based law firms and corporate legal departments.
