Counsel at Womble Bond Dickinson on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against United of Omaha Life Insurance to Georgia Southern District Court. The complaint, for long-term disability benefits, was filed by Rogers, Hofrichter & Karrh on behalf of Alda Walker. The case is 1:22-cv-00046, Walker v. United Of Omaha Life Insurance Company.
