With rising interest rates and inflation, Leah Fiorenza McNeill, a new Alston & Bird partner in Atlanta, expects to see restructuring and bankruptcies to increase over the next year.
McNeill, who joined Alston & Bird's financial restructuring and reorganization group this week from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, focuses on advising clients in the health care and food industry. And continuing to expand the restructuring practice, Alston & Bird also added this week New York-based counsel Stephen Blank, who arrives from King & Spalding.
