Lawyers at Fain, Major & Brennan on Wednesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Brinker International d/b/a Chili's Grill and Bar, to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by McCamy Phillips Tuggle & Fordham on behalf of Sara Nicole Creech, accuses defendant of negligence in failing to refrain from serving an intoxicated customer alcohol. The case is 4:22-cv-00099, Creech v. Brinker Georgia, Inc.
