Horizon Actuarial Services was hit with a data breach class action Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court over a 2021 ransomware attack. The suit, backed by the Finley Firm and Chestnut Cambronne PA, claims that the defendant failed to adequately protect the personal information of current and former customers. Horizon Actuarial is represented by Cozen O'Connor. The case is 1:22-cv-01676, Hill v. Horizon Actuarial Services, LLC.
