Lawyers at Foley & Lardner on Thursday removed to Georgia Southern District Court a lawsuit arising from a franchise agreement against Textron Specialized Vehicles and Joel Ranum. The complaint, filed by Edgar Law Firm on behalf of Parker Powersports and John Allen, accuses the defendants of employing a “one-sided and predatory” franchise agreement inducing the plaintiffs to sell Arctic Cat snowmobiles and Tracker Off Road vehicles under unfavorable and high-pressure conditions. The case is 1:22-cv-00054, Parker Powersports Inc. et al v. Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. et al.
