Insurance LitigationAttorneys at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith on Thursday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against American Alternative Insurance Corporation to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, which arises from disputed property damage claims, was filed by the Huggins Law Firm on behalf of Liberty Hampshire Place Homeowners Association Inc. The case is 1:22-cv-01794, Liberty Hampshire Place Homeowners Association, Inc. v. American Alternative Insurance Corporation.
