Attorneys at Hall Booth Smith on Thursday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against YRC Worldwide, a transportation and global logistics company, and Luis Burgos to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a fatal motor vehicle collision, was filed by attorneys James E. Carter and Charles E. Dorr on behalf of Donna Lee Daugherty. The case is 1:22-cv-01777, Daugherty et al v. YRC Inc. et al.
