Counsel at Hall Booth Smith on Friday removed a lawsuit against Ace American Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Chubb, and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by the Witherite Law Group on behalf of John Lewis. The case is 1:22-cv-01806, Lewis v. Medford et al.
