Eversheds Sutherland partner Stacey McGavin Mohr and attorneys from Crowell & Moring have stepped in to represent Siemens Industry Inc. in a pending product liability class action. The complaint, filed March 29 in Georgia Northern District Court by Zimmerman Reed PLLP and Berman Fink Van Horn on behalf of electrical companies Artistic Electric Inc., Bolt Electric LLC and other plaintiffs, accuses Siemens of manufacturing and selling faulty arc fault circuit interrupters. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mark H. Cohen, is 1:22-cv-01229, Kevin Brnich Electric LLC et al v. Siemens Industry, Inc.
